A.  Presentation regarding Gila County financial data as of November 30, 2020, as it compares to the fiscal year 2021 Gila County Budget and fiscal year 2020 year-to-date performance. (Maryn Belling)   3.  REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS:
A.  Information/Discussion/Action to approve Funding Agreement No. 204-21 between the Arizona Department of Housing and the Gila County Community Services Department, Housing Services, to provide Southwest Gas Corporation Weatherization Assistance Program funding in the amount of $18,490 that will be used to provide weatherization services to eligible citizens residing in Gila County for the period of January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. B.  Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 19 to an Agreement for Energy Wise Low-Income Weatherization Program Implementation between the Gila County Community Services Department, Housing Services, and Arizona Public Service Company to allocate $90,000 for calendar year January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021 and to make some other minor changes. C.  Information/Discussion/Action to approve Funding Agreement No. 135-21 between Gila County and the Arizona Department of Housing to receive Community Development Block Grant funds in the amount of $74,542 for the period of January 15, 2021 through March 15, 2022 in order to rehabilitate at least five eligible homes. D.  Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 21-02-01 accepting a Quit Claim Deed for Anvil Road in Pine, Arizona; establishing the road as a primitive road; accepting it into the Gila County Primitive Roads System; and authorizing the execution of the Primitive Road Easement. E.  Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the advertisement of Invitation for Bids No. 082320-Mesa Del Caballo Paving Project. (Steve Sanders)
F.  Information/Discussion/Action to review all bids submitted for Invitation for Bids No. 112920-Replacement of Six (6) Sheriff's Office Patrol Vehicles; award to the lowest, responsible and qualified bidder; and authorize the Chairman's signature on the award contract for the winning bidder. (Steve Sanders)
G.  Information/Discussion/Action to review all bids submitted for Invitation for Bids No. 113020-Replacement of One (1) Sheriff's Office CJEF (Criminal Justice Enhancement Fund) Vehicle; award to the lowest, responsible and qualified bidder; and authorize the Chairman's signature on the award contract for the winning bidder. 4.  CONSENT AGENDA ACTION ITEMS: (Any matter on the Consent Agenda will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed and voted upon as a regular agenda item upon the request of any member of the Board of Supervisors.)   A.  Authorization of the Chairman's signature on the Quit Claim Deed for the Clerk of the Board's over-the-counter sale of Assessor's tax parcel number 101-07-238 to Elizabeth S. Boyle.   B.  Approval to reappoint the following members to the Gila County Planning and Zoning Commission for four years beginning January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2024: Mary Lou Myers, Jim Muhr, Lori Brown, and Pamela Griffin.   C.  Approval of the Board of Supervisors' January 19, 2021 meeting minutes.   D.  Acknowledgment of the December 2020 monthly activity report submitted by the Clerk of the Superior Court's Office.   E.  Acknowledgment of the December 2020 monthly report submitted by the Globe Regional Constable's Office.   F.  Acknowledgment of the December 2020 monthly activity report submitted by the Payson Regional Constable's Office.   G.  Acknowledgment of the December 2020 monthly activity report submitted by the Recorder's Office.    H.  Acknowledgment of the December 2020 monthly activity report submitted by the Globe Regional Justice of the Peace's Office.   I.  Acknowledgment of the December 2020 monthly activity report submitted by the Payson Regional Justice of the Peace's Office.
5.  CALL TO THE PUBLIC:   A call to the public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute §38-431.01(H), at the conclusion of an open call to the public, individual members of the Board of Supervisors may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Board, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda for further discussion and decision at a future date.
6.  At any time during this meeting pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02(K), members of the Board of Supervisors and the County Manager may present a brief summary of current events.  No action may be taken on information presented.   7.  WORK SESSION ITEMS:
A.  Information/Discussion regarding proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance for Unincorporated Areas of Gila County, Arizona. (Scott Buzan)
B.  Information/Discussion regarding the process of redistricting Gila County.
