A. Information/Discussion/Action to consider the Tonto Natural Resources Conservation District's request for funding and the preparation of an Intergovernmental Agreement between Gila County and the Tonto Natural Resources District whereby the County will disburse $30,000 to the Tonto Natural Resources District to assist in the money required to match the US Forest Service monitoring funds for the continuation of the Reading the Range Program for one year. B. Information/Discussion/Action to consider a sealed bid for the purchase of Assessor's tax parcel number 302-35-005E and, if accepted, authorize the Chairman's signature on the Quit Claim Deed. (Marian Sheppard)

A. Appointment of the following Democratic Party Precinct Committeeman in Gila County: James Kendall Clark - Payson #3 Precinct. B. Authorization of the Chairman's signature on the Quit Claim Deed for the Clerk of the Board's over-the-counter sale of Assessor's tax parcel number 207-15-042 to Gina Reyes-Yacko and Robert B. Yacko.
