1. CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - INVOCATION 2. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS:

A. Information/Discussion/Action to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Gila County and Pinal County for the maintenance of a Regional Mass Communication System for a period of one year with three one-year renewal options. (Michael O'Driscoll).

B. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Funding Agreement No. 204-22 between the Arizona Department of Housing and the Gila County Community Services Department, Housing Services, to provide Southwest Gas Corporation Weatherization Assistance Program funding in the amount of $18,490 that will be used to provide weatherization services to eligible citizens residing in Gila County for the period of January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. C. Information/Discussion/Action to award Contract No. 081121 to Advantage Home Performance, Inc. in response to Request for Proposals No. 081121-Weatherization Materials and Services in a not to exceed amount of $546,679 for a period one year with three one-year renewal options. (Malissa Buzan)

D. Information/Discussion/Action to approve a Grant Agreement Under The Fiscal Year 2020 BUILD Transportation Grants Program between the U.S. Department of Transportation, Arizona Department of Transportation, and Gila County to receive BUILD Grant funds in the amount of $21,095,564 for the construction of the Tonto Creek Bridge. E. Information/Discussion/Action to approve a transfer of $1,000,000 from the General Fund to the Tonto Creek Bridge Fund, and a transfer of $1,825,000 from the Transportation Excise Tax Fund to the Tonto Creek Bridge Fund to pay the remaining Tonto Creek Bridge 2020 BUILD Grant match owed to the Arizona Department of Transportation. 3. CONSENT AGENDA ACTION ITEMS: (Any matter on the Consent Agenda will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed and voted upon as a regular agenda item upon the request of any member of the Board of Supervisors.) A. Approval of the Board of Supervisors’ January 4, 2022, meeting minutes. B. Approval of the monthly activity reports submitted by the Human Resources Department for December 2021. C. Approval of finance reports/demands/transfers for the reporting period of November 1, 2021, through November 30, 2021. D. Approval of finance reports/demands/transfers for the reporting period of December 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021. E. Acknowledgment of contracts under $50,000 which have been approved by the County Manager for the month of December.
