CALL TO THE PUBLIC: A call to the public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. say no. They'll circle this. The one that they want to say this is the vote I request that I want to have. But in this particular 00:04:14

No discernible marks, nothing that we could determine how they wanted to vote, their intent. So they just simply yes and no. They 00:04:25
wasted their vote. It was an over vote. An under vote is simply when they chose not to respond. 00:04:31
Yes or no. And there was also no indication of the intention of the voter. They just simply. 00:04:38
In that fashion sometimes, in both cases, sometimes it's just a protest vote by the voter or they have no, they don't really care 00:04:44
and they just, they're just turning in because they feel that, oh, I have to turn this in because that's just the way it is. But 00:04:50
in these particular instances, there was no discernible marks that allowed us to go ahead. 00:04:56
