Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No.-07-04, which authorizes the Chairman's signature on the following documents between Gila County and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., to provide for revolving lines of credit for Gila County special taxing districts, as follows: Business Loan Agreement - Gila County Revolving Line of Credit; Gila County Revolving Line of Credit - Promissory Note; and Incumbency Certificate - Business Loan Agreement - Gila County Districts Revolving Line of Credit, to extend the Scheduled Commitment Expiration Date in the Agreement from July24 to June,25. To have lines of credit with the Healer County Treasurer's Office through JP Morgan Chase to ensure continuity of funding 00:01:42
throughout the year in spite of property taxes coming in twice a year. And the amounts are capped at $5,000,000 per entity and the 00:01:51
