(PVVR); accept the award of $5,000 from APS Corporate Giving; and approve Economic Development Agreement No.26-00000065 in the amount of $5,000 between Gila County and PVVR, all of which the Board has determined to be for the benefit of the public. Information/Discussion/Action to review all bids submitted for Invitation for Bids No.182025 - Purchase of Two New Class10-Wheeler Water Trucks; award a contract to the lowest, most responsive, responsible, and qualified bidder; and authorize the Chairman's signature on the award contract. F. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Modification No.3 to Road Project Agreement No.-RO-11031200-184 with USDA, Forest Service, Tonto National Forest, which updates administrative contacts and extends the term of the Agreement from September,25, to March26. (Thomas Goodman)
G. Information/Discussion/Action to approve the sale of Assessor's tax parcel number5-29-004S to Gila County for $1 to be used for a public purpose related to transportation pursuant to A.R.S. §-18303 (E); authorize the removal of this parcel from the online auction list; and authorize the Chairman's signature on the related Quit Claim Deed. CONSENT AGENDA ACTION ITEMS: (Any matter on the Consent Agenda will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed and voted upon as a regular agenda item upon the request of any member of the Board of Supervisors.) Approval of FY26 Victims' Rights Program Award Agreement No. AG No.26-004 between the Gila County Attorney's Office and the Arizona Attorney General's Office in the amount of $26,000 to cover the existing salary and employee-related expenses for a full-time advocate for the period July25, to June,26. B. Approval of Extension of Intergovernmental Agreement Restoration to Competency Services with Yavapai County, extending the term for one final one-year term from July25, through June,26. C. Approval of the monthly reports submitted by the Human Resources Department for August25. D.
