OK, I think we got everybody here. It's, uh, silent in the library, so we might as well start. 00:00:01
Good to see everyone welcome. I'll call this meeting. 00:00:07
Order It is a regular meeting Tuesday, May 12. 00:00:10
10 AM. 00:00:14
I've asked. 00:00:15
Cassandra to lead us in our Pledge of Allegiance. 00:00:17
Pardon me. And after that, Nick Montague. 00:00:21
Offer an invocation. 00:00:23
Flag of the United States of America. 00:00:29
And the Republic for which it stands. 00:00:32
One Nation. 00:00:35
Under God. 00:00:36
Indivisible for. 00:00:37
Heavenly Father here included a year time for the last year. 00:00:45
And thank you. 00:00:54
Thank you. 00:01:07
Seated. 00:01:08
So it's kind of an unusual situation where we have an outside. 00:01:13
Attorney representing the board, but in the case of. 00:01:19
Miss Vance, which is at the end of our agenda. 00:01:23
It's it's that way. And so today we have on the phone. 00:01:29
Rodney and I didn't ever get his last name. 00:01:33
So anyway, Rodney is available to us. 00:01:36
An attorney. 00:01:40
To represent the board, if we have any questions, there's been a request to move. 00:01:41
Item 2 I. 00:01:46
Forward to the front because they're simply asking for a continuance. 00:01:48
Is that what I understand? 00:01:53
Now, what would be involved with that? Would if we have any questions we can ask? 00:01:55
Otherwise, we just need a motion to do that. 00:02:00
Correct. 00:02:04
Chairman, member, supervisors, I believe. 00:02:06
Mr. Harper has filed a motion. 00:02:09
Do you have that? 00:02:12
I do. 00:02:13
And I don't see him here today. 00:02:14
I did let him know. 00:02:16
That you guys will be discussing the continuance this morning. 00:02:18
Unfortunately, he's not here to make an oral argument, but you do have that motion there. 00:02:22
OK, so instead of having a 1:30 meeting today, we're just going to address it right now. 00:02:26
Either grant a continuance or not. 00:02:31
Correct, Chairman. If you choose not to grant the continuance, then the hearing will proceed at 1:30 today. 00:02:33
Thank you. 00:02:39
Yes. 00:02:41
Heyson, I'm sorry. 00:02:43
Thank you. 00:02:44
Oh, OK, great. 00:02:45
I appreciate that. So supervisor hunt for any questions. 00:02:48
No, I have no questions. I appreciate. 00:02:53
Everybody working together to help this go forward. 00:02:56
And if a continuance is needed, I don't see a problem. 00:02:58
OK, Supervisor Klein. 00:03:02
No, you don't know what to. 00:03:04
OK, so with that then I will call for a motion to. 00:03:06
Have item 2 I. 00:03:10
Granted a continuance. 00:03:13
Go move, Mr. Chair. 00:03:15
All right, we have a motion and a second to approve that all those in favor say aye, aye. 00:03:18
Aye, OK. Thank you. 00:03:23
Thank you, Chairman. 00:03:26
Yes, ma'am. 00:03:28
Just to. 00:03:30
Clarify. 00:03:31
I understand that you're granting A continuance, however, there was a request for. 00:03:32
Perhaps a 60 day continuance? Is that what the board? 00:03:37
Is moving to continue the matter out, it says. 00:03:41
In the continuance it says. 00:03:46
For a period approximately 60 days. And just to clarify, the Board is in agreement with the 60 day. 00:03:48
Supervisor Humphrey. 00:03:54
Aye. 00:03:55
By the clown? Yep. 00:03:56
And I am as well. 00:03:58
Thank you. OK, thank you for that. 00:04:00
Let's move on to our regular agenda item 2A. 00:04:04
Information, discussion, Action to authorize the Treasurer's Office to abate the taxes, interest, and fees. 00:04:08
On 51 personal properties and authorized the chairman signature. 00:04:14
On each of the related certificates of clearance. 00:04:19
Or removal of uncollectible. 00:04:21
Personal. 00:04:24
Property. Good morning, Monica. 00:04:25
Good morning, Mr. Chairman. Supervisors. 00:04:27
So yes, this morning I'm here to request to abate 51 certificates of clearance for removal. 00:04:29
Uncollectible personal property. 00:04:35
The background these 51 certificates for clearance for uncollectible taxes. 00:04:37
They are mobile homes that are no longer in Gila County. 00:04:43
And have been certified by the Gila County Assessor's Office. 00:04:46
And I should also put in there as well as a Sheriff's Office or a deputy. 00:04:50
And they are no longer on the tax rolls. 00:04:54
And they need to be abated. 00:04:57
So the evaluation is the ARS. 00:04:59
Statute 42185. 00:05:02
183514. 00:05:04
The cost pursuing the statutory Linsdale. 00:05:07
And collection procedures or the sale of the lands. 00:05:10
Under Article 7 of this chapter. 00:05:13
Or the cost of the seizure and the sale personal property. 00:05:16
Pursuant to Section 42. 00:05:19
18401. 00:05:22
Would equal or exceed the revenue that could be derived. 00:05:23
So the ARS 4218. 00:05:28
353 Certificate of removal abatement. 00:05:31
Purging the tax record. 00:05:34
The penalty and the. 00:05:36
Interest for each of these 51 personal properties. 00:05:38
There's a. 00:05:42
Detailed history and documentation. 00:05:43
And no longer on the. 00:05:47
Tax roll by the Hilo County Assessors. 00:05:49
Thank you, Treasurer, Supervisor Humphrey. 00:05:51
Yeah, these are these are mobile homes that. 00:05:56
The Sheriff's Office has gone out and. 00:05:59
Can't find them? 00:06:01
So that's correct. 00:06:02
There's now just. 00:06:03
Pile of dirt. 00:06:05
And some of these I should say. 00:06:06
Should not have been on the tax rolls to begin with. There's probably about a dozen. 00:06:08
That are on the reservation. 00:06:13
Or they're on or used to be, I don't know if they're there now on mezzanine, the casino, so. 00:06:15
They are exempt from being on the tax roll. 00:06:22
OK, I guess in the future. 00:06:26
Is there any way that you I mean, if someone puts a mobile home on a property, could it be tied to the property at some point in 00:06:28
time? 00:06:31
Or is that that would be a state now. 00:06:35
That would be, yes. 00:06:36
A state ruling They have the option to either. 00:06:38
Have it tied to the. 00:06:41
Property. The real properties, they own it, but some of these are on. 00:06:43
RV parks or. 00:06:47
And they just either demolish it at 2:00 in the morning or. 00:06:49
Look it up to a truck and just take it off the property. 00:06:52
OK, no further questions. 00:06:56
Thank you. 00:06:57
Supervisor. Supervisor Klein. 00:06:59
I'm good, thank you. 00:07:01
Yeah, thanks for helping clean everything up. 00:07:02
With that, I'll call for motion. 00:07:06
Mr. I. 00:07:08
Make a motion to move to authorize the Treasurer's office. 00:07:10
To abate the taxes interest. 00:07:14
And fees. 00:07:16
On 51 personal properties and authorized the chairman's signature. 00:07:17
On each of the related. 00:07:21
Certificates of clearance. 00:07:23
For the removal of uncollectible. 00:07:26
Personal, uh. 00:07:29
Property. 00:07:30
Mr. Chair, I'll second that. 00:07:31
Thank you, motion and a second to approve. 00:07:33
Those in favor say aye. 00:07:35
Aye, all right. 00:07:36
Thank you gentlemen, I'll be signing my life away soon. 00:07:38
2B Information, discussion, action to consider the sealed bid. 00:07:44
For the purchase of assessors Tax parcel number 20803. 00:07:48
109. 00:07:52
And if accepted, authorized the chairman's signature on a quick. 00:07:53
Claim deed Charlotte, What do we have here? 00:07:57
Good morning, Chairman. Members of the Board. In July of 1988, the Treasurer needed parcel 208. 00:07:59
03109 to the State of Arizona Care Board of Supervisors. 00:08:05
An auction was held and this property did not. 00:08:09
This subject property adjoins personal number 20803108 which is owned by Tina Andrews. 00:08:13
She has submitted A sole bid for the property. 00:08:20
And for the board's consideration, if the board accepts Miss Andres's bid, she intends to request the assessor. 00:08:22
Combine the. 00:08:28
Which is a win win for both. 00:08:30
Both parties involved. 00:08:31
The lien amount is $265.07 and with your permission, Chairman, I'd like to open this. 00:08:33
Please do. 00:08:38
Miss and Grace has offered $300. 00:08:47
Thank you very much, Charlotte Supervisor Humphrey. 00:08:49
I'm glad to see anything get off of those state roles and have a home. 00:08:52
That's nice to have a. 00:08:57
Properties find a home so. 00:08:58
I have no questions. 00:09:00
The future provides a fine. 00:09:02
You're welcome. Yeah. 00:09:03
That'll call promotion. 00:09:05
Do we need to include the $300 in the motion? 00:09:06
I think so. 00:09:09
I don't believe. 00:09:13
Like. 00:09:14
Let's just do it, OK? 00:09:15
What was the lady's name? Charlotte the. 00:09:19
Tina Andres. 00:09:21
Gina, Andrew. 00:09:23
ANDARIESE. 00:09:26
OK, Mr. Chair, I'll make the motion to approve the sealed bid for the purchase of assessors tax. 00:09:31
Parcel number 20803109. 00:09:37
To Tina Andrews for $300 and authorize the chairman's signature on the quit claim deed. 00:09:42
I'll second that we have a motion and a second. Those in favor say aye aye, thank you. 00:09:48
Perfect. 00:09:55

have in the landfill expansion we received. 00:10:33
Proposal from SCS engineers to. 00:10:37
Provide construction management services while we're doing the. 00:10:40
Landfill expansion for cell 3B. 00:10:44
STS Engineers is the design firm. They are the engineer design. 00:10:47
Design engineer of record, They were the ones that. 00:10:52
That are most familiar with the. 00:10:54
Plans for construction. 00:10:56
And they? 00:10:58
Submitted a proposal and we. 00:10:59
Felt it was in the best interest of the county to. 00:11:01
Have them continue to provide services for construction administration for the landfill expansion. We are able to select them 00:11:04
through a direct selection through Arizona Revised Statutes as a. 00:11:09
As a professional services and engineering. 00:11:15
Thank you, Matt. 00:11:20

OK. Thank you, Supervisor Klein. 00:11:31
I'm good, thanks. 00:11:33

Two weeks ago we. 00:11:36
Approved. 00:11:39
The expansion. 00:11:41
For 1,000,000 something. 00:11:42
This doesn't include this. No, this is. This is separate to this this is. 00:11:45
A separate service that's that will be provided. 00:11:49
Construction Administration services with thermal construction, they'll be overseeing the construction. 00:11:52
Making sure that the landfill is. 00:11:57
Is constructed in accordance with the plan specifications that have been provided. 00:12:00
By SES and this will be. 00:12:05
Funded out of that that. 00:12:07
The Russell Gulch. 00:12:08
Enterprise Fund. 00:12:11
OK, so this is an additional service needed in order to make sure that the construction. 00:12:14
Is done properly, that's correct. 00:12:19
OK. Thank you. 00:12:24
That's all I have, so I'll call for motion. 00:12:25
Mr. Chair, I move to award the professional services contract number 041426. 00:12:28
To SCS engineer, this presents it. 00:12:35

Oh, item 2D. 00:13:02
Information, Discussion. Action to adopt A proclamation. 00:13:05
It's number 20. 00:13:08
She's not available. 00:13:10
OK, no problem. We'll move to the next item real quick. 00:13:13
And we'll, we'll address that as soon as she's available. 00:13:19
Item 2 E is information discussion, action to review and approve amendment #1. 00:13:23

Klein, Martin Acoustical. 00:13:56
Panel installation project Original contract with. 00:13:59
Morcon Industries was approved December 2nd. 00:14:02

74,900. 00:14:07
$87.05. 00:14:09
For the completion date of March 31st. 00:14:12
With this amendment does not. 00:14:14
Change the scope of the work does not increase the contract amount as mentioned earlier. 00:14:16
The amendment simply extends the contract term. 00:14:20
Through June 30th. 00:14:23
Of this year to allow the contractor sufficient time to. 00:14:25
Beach installation activities. 00:14:28
There's been some natural delays just with their mobilization. They had several contracts that were awarded. 00:14:31
Prior to. 00:14:36
So we're hoping over the next couple of weeks they'll be able to move forward with. 00:14:38
Hour contract. 00:14:41
OK, thank you. So this is an extension of the. 00:14:43
Terms of the. 00:14:47
The The Times. 00:14:49
Correct. OK. 00:14:50

Thank you, Joseph. Thank you. 00:15:18
Judge Cannon. 00:15:21
Yes, you're not. 00:15:23
Good morning, welcome. Good morning. 00:15:25
Let me read the item. It's item 2D. It's information discussion, action. 00:15:27
To adopt A proclamation. 00:15:31
It's #2026-04 proclaiming May. 00:15:33
2026. 00:15:37
As national treatment. 00:15:38
Court month in Gila County. 00:15:40
Judge Cannon. Good morning, everyone. Thank you for seeing us today. I'm Judd Cannon. I'm looking for Ted. 00:15:44
We have some other folks with us today. Here we have our coordinator, Lindy Kimball. 00:15:51
We have our prosecutor, Mr. Van Alker, who's right here. 00:15:56
Our probation officers, we have Mr. Finney. 00:16:01
And the source. 00:16:04
Mr. Kenney is in peace and Miss Mansoor Dunstan is in. 00:16:06
Like I'm wrong flow. 00:16:10
Other way, right? OK. 00:16:12
Kim is here from our treatment provider. 00:16:16
We have Ken, our surveillance officer from Payson, and John. 00:16:18
Our surveillance officer. 00:16:23
From cloak. 00:16:25
Charity here are administrative support. 00:16:27
OK. 00:16:30
And did Officer Duncan? 00:16:32
Today. 00:16:35
All right. So as you can see, we kind of have a very team. 00:16:36
And we have several of our participating. 00:16:42
Here today, and we have some alumni here today as well. 00:16:44
We did a program evaluation in June 2025 by the end. 00:16:50
PC Research for the Gila County Opioid Drug Court. 00:16:54
Some strengths that were noted were team communication and collaboration. 00:16:58
Team commitment with the program and good rapport with. 00:17:02
Participants. 00:17:05
We also noted. 00:17:08
For our drug testing procedures that our drug testing is random and unpredictable, they're conducted at least two times a week. 00:17:09
With results back in two days or less. 00:17:16
Collections were witnessed directly by the staff. 00:17:19
Staff members who collected specimens were trained in appropriate collection protocol. 00:17:22
Calls and participants are experienced to have at least. 00:17:26
Are expected to have at least 90 days this Friday. 00:17:29
Confirmed by drug test before graduation. 00:17:32
He also noted our strengths in that the judge and the staff. 00:17:37
Effectively respond to participant behavior. 00:17:40
To encourage and support. 00:17:42
Participants to achieve goals. 00:17:44
Relying on incentives. 00:17:46
During court, praise is provided to encourage participant success. 00:17:48
And the program uses appropriate service adjustments in lieu of sanctions. 00:17:53
Some recommendations they had were to expand our eligibility criteria. 00:18:00
Increase enrollment. 00:18:04
Continue working to get a defense attorney. 00:18:06
Right now we don't have one. 00:18:09
Continue training the team. 00:18:11
And develop orientation and role specific training plans. We all go to training. 00:18:13
Continuously. 00:18:18
And establish a steering committee. 00:18:19
In response. 00:18:22
The opioid drug court was expanded to the Healing County Recovery Court. 00:18:24
And this program expansion allowed for the program to serve more individuals with substance abuse disorders. 00:18:29
Will be placed on probation by the superior. 00:18:35
So we're not just dealing with opioids now, we're dealing with. 00:18:38
Other substance abuse disorders. 00:18:42
Because of all this, we are requesting a proclamation. 00:18:46
A proclamation of the Board of Supervisors of Gila County, Arizona, proclaiming the month of May as National Treatment Court Month 00:18:51
in Gila County. 00:18:55
2026. 00:18:59
Whereas according to all rise treatment courts are the most successful justice system intervention in our nation's history for. 00:19:00
Reducing crime. 00:19:07
By addressing substance use and mental health disorders. 00:19:08
And whereas treatment courts made an average of more than $6000 for every individual they serve. 00:19:11
And whereas since 2019. 00:19:18
Gila County recovery court and opioid court have served. 00:19:21
50 high need individuals. 00:19:24
Providing evidence based treatment interventions and accountability. 00:19:26
Through community supervision strategies. 00:19:30
And whereas treatment courts provide a range of economic benefits to community. 00:19:33
Such as reduced. 00:19:37
Costs in court and prison expenditures. 00:19:38
Increased tax revenues. Lowered foster care expenses. 00:19:41
And decreased costs related to victims. 00:19:45
Station and WHEREAS treatment courts annually refer more than 150,000 people to life saving treatment and recovery support 00:19:48
services. 00:19:52
And whereas according to all rise treatment courts. 00:19:57
Specifically, improves substance use and mental health disorder treatment outcomes and prevent fatal overdoses. 00:20:00
And whereas treatment courts facilitate community wide partnerships bringing together public safety and public health. 00:20:06
And whereas there are now more than 4000 treatment courts nationwide. 00:20:13
And whereas. 00:20:17
Treatment courts demonstrate. 00:20:19
That when one person rises, we all rise. 00:20:21
We are requesting that the Gila County Board of Supervisors proclaim the month of May 2026. 00:20:23
As National Treatment Court month in Gila County. 00:20:29
And I'm happy to answer any questions if you have. 00:20:33
Thank you, Judge. Supervisor Humphrey. 00:20:35
I have no questions other than thank you to all of you. 00:20:38
Because that's a difficult. 00:20:41
Situation that other people are coming out of. 00:20:43
And for you to assist them and. 00:20:46
Help them in their progress. 00:20:48
It's amazing so. 00:20:50
Thank you very much. 00:20:52
Thank you, Supervisor. 00:20:53
Klein, Judge, thanks for taking the lead on this. 00:20:55
Good deal, so. 00:20:59
I want to thank everybody that's involved in a part of this. 00:21:00
It looks like it's gonna workout really well, so. 00:21:03
Thank you so much. 00:21:06
Thank you. 00:21:07
And thank you as well for me the. 00:21:08
It's a big problem in our nation. 00:21:12
And. 00:21:16
Get people on the right track is really the whole purpose of. 00:21:19
Everything and so really appreciate it. 00:21:22
Half of our room today is your. 00:21:24
Your people, which is great. Thank you Judge Wright for being here as well. 00:21:27
And so. 00:21:31
Just thank you so much. So we'll take a vote on that. How about that? All right, we'll call for a motion. 00:21:34
Mr. Chair, I'll make the motion to adopt. 00:21:39
Proclamation #2026-04. 00:21:41
I will second that. 00:21:45
Of a motion and a second to approve, all those in favor say aye. 00:21:47
Aye, aye. 00:21:51
Thank you all for being here. 00:21:52
Appreciate it. 00:21:54
Thank you. 00:21:54
Keep up the good work. 00:21:55
Something we said. 00:22:14
Must have been something. 00:22:18
Very good. All right. 00:22:23
Now let's move back. 00:22:24
To our agenda. 00:22:26
Item 2F. 00:22:27
Information, discussion, Action to authorize the advertisement of invitation for bids number. 00:22:31
GILIFB. 00:22:37
2026. 00:22:40
Dash 00. 00:22:42
Three, it's the annual contract for advertising. 00:22:43
Publications and printing. 00:22:47
To solicit bids from qualified newspapers for an annual contract. 00:22:49
For all advertising. 00:22:53
Publications and Printing Reco. 00:22:56
Required, uh. 00:22:58
To be done. 00:22:59
Or made by all departments and elected. 00:23:00
Offices of Gila County government. 00:23:04
For the period of July 126 through June. 00:23:07
30th, 2027, Good morning. 00:23:10
Good morning, Mr. Chair, Good morning, Supervisor Humphrey, Supervisor Klein. 00:23:14
Annually we are required by statute. 00:23:18
To advertise for our. 00:23:20
Newspaper of record. 00:23:24
And that is what this is. 00:23:26
We look forward to seeing what the bids are. 00:23:27
Thank you, Supervisor Humphrey. 00:23:31
Yeah, who? Who are you receiving bids from? 00:23:34
Well, this is the invitation forbid, so we don't know who we're receiving them from yet. 00:23:37
It is required by statute. 00:23:41
That the newspaper. 00:23:43
The statutory definition of a newspaper of. 00:23:45
General Circulation. 00:23:49
And then even if someone out of. 00:23:51
Out of Globe. 00:23:56
Get the contract then. 00:23:57
They're still printing to be done. 00:23:59
In the county seat. 00:24:03
Is that correct? 00:24:05
I don't believe a newspaper outside of the. 00:24:09
County. No kelling seat. Oh, outside. You just mean outside Globe? OK, I'm sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you meant outside the 00:24:12
county. I apologize. 00:24:16
Yes, there are publications required in the county seat regardless of the newspaper of record. 00:24:21
I'm just wondering if I could be included in the bids. 00:24:27
Because sometimes we get double hit. 00:24:30
Because we get like if the. 00:24:32
Face and paper gets it. Then we still have. 00:24:35
In a local. 00:24:38
Paper to be in the county seat. 00:24:39
Which gives us a double. 00:24:42
Charge. 00:24:45
For the same information. 00:24:46
We can certainly double check that. 00:24:48
I thought the. 00:24:52
Packet was attached. 00:24:53
Here right, we have our request to advertise in our IFB. 00:24:55
So we can double check and make sure. 00:24:58
That we address that. 00:25:01
Thank you. Thank you. 00:25:04
That's not, you know, I was just. 00:25:05
Just asking. 00:25:07
OK, supervised client. 00:25:09
I'm good, thank you man. Do we typically print in both papers anyway? 00:25:10
It depends on. 00:25:15
Printing for example. 00:25:16
The Public Information Office. 00:25:18
Has its own advertising contract. 00:25:21
That's separate from this. This is for the newspaper of records specifically. 00:25:24
Now remember, there's some rumblings from the legislature that we're going to be allowed to. 00:25:29
Post a lot of stuff on. 00:25:33
Internet, uh. 00:25:35
On our website at some point. Is that true now? 00:25:36
There was a replacement of this, there was legislation. 00:25:40
Proposed. 00:25:45
My understanding was that it was very limited. 00:25:47
What that would affect? 00:25:49
And that. 00:25:52
Even if. 00:25:52
That becomes. 00:25:54
The statute that we would still have to do certain things in the newspaper. 00:25:56
Directing our constituents. 00:26:02
And. 00:26:04
Stakeholders. 00:26:05
To where on the website they'd be able to find that information so that there was not a disconnect. 00:26:07
And here in Gila. 00:26:13
I know that. 00:26:15
Every time we do a community health. 00:26:17
Improvement plan. 00:26:19
We find that. 00:26:21
Unlike other parts of. 00:26:23
Our nation. 00:26:25
Here in Gila County, the newspapers, the radio. 00:26:26
Are still the top two ways that people get information. 00:26:30
So we would always be. 00:26:34
Conscientious of that. 00:26:36
OK. Thank you, Aaron. 00:26:37
McDonald's call for motion. 00:26:40
Mr. Chair, I moved to authorize the advertisement invitation for bid number Gil Dash. 00:26:43
IFB 2026-003. 00:26:49
Annual contract for advertising publications. 00:26:53
And printing as presented. 00:26:57
Mr. Chair, I'll second. 00:27:00
Motion and a second. 00:27:02
Approve. Those in favor say aye. 00:27:03
Aye, aye. 00:27:05
Thank you, Marin. Thank you. 00:27:06
Item 2G is information, discussion, action to approve. 00:27:09
The intergovernmental agreement IGA 26-0011576-1 between Gila County and Arizona Department of Transportation. 00:27:13
For the scope of work and preliminary design of Fossil Creek Rd. 00:27:22
From State Route 87 to Rimwood Street. 00:27:26
Sidewalk improvement. 00:27:30
Project. 00:27:32
It sounds interesting, Tom. What do we got here? Good morning, Mr. Chairman and board members. 00:27:34
So Hill County would like to build a sidewalk from Fossil Creek Rd. 00:27:37
From uh. 00:27:41
SR87 to. 00:27:43
Believe it's called Rimmel. 00:27:44
When would about .8 miles? 00:27:46
And so we applied for a transportation alternatives. 00:27:49
Through a dot we got accepted for that. 00:27:53
Recently. And so there's the IGA that goes with it. 00:27:56
So the grant is for. 00:28:00
297,000 dollars 850. 00:28:03
And then our estimated cost will be $17,547. 00:28:07
So this will cover just the scoping part of the project. 00:28:12
So they'll decide how feasible it is, where it should go, how wide it should be, all that. 00:28:16
And then we'll we will apply for another grant through Designing construction. 00:28:21
OK. So this is just to see the feasibility and? 00:28:26
Yes, Sir. And they'll take it to like 30%. 00:28:29
Yeah, OK. 00:28:31
She's by the hoop hoop. 00:28:32
Yeah, I I'm just wondering how safe a sidewalk's gonna be on a. 00:28:34
Road to people drive 70 miles an hour. 00:28:38
Yeah, it would. So that would follow, sure that they would look at something I, you know. 00:28:41
I may have you know I. 00:28:45
It just kind of sets off red flags in my mind too. 00:28:47
Have somebody. 00:28:50
Walking down a. 00:28:52
Highway that's 65 and everybody drives 70 or 75 on it anyway. 00:28:54
That's all I have. 00:29:00
And keeps the provider client. 00:29:01
I don't think I have any questions right now, Tom. 00:29:03
Thank you. So this is. 00:29:05
Not on the highways from the highway on Fossil Creek Rd. 00:29:07
Which is about. 00:29:10
Well, it's not 65 mile an hour Rd. but. 00:29:12
They probably do that anyway. 00:29:15
And it goes in all the way to. 00:29:17
Would. Now I don't know where that is. Is that close to the mailboxes? 00:29:19
You're not close to where Fossil Creek farms. 00:29:24
Sandwich. 00:29:27
So 0.8 miles. So I think that's just. 00:29:29
I'm thinking about it through my head. That sounds about right, about right. So and I think that road there is actually called. 00:29:33
Fuller or no? 00:29:40
Yeah, that is for OK where we just. 00:29:41
Discussed having a. 00:29:44
Place for the water department to get their electricity. 00:29:47
Yes. 00:29:50
So OK. 00:29:51
Yeah, I suppose some people would be walking along there so. 00:29:54
I think people walk along it now anyway so umm. 00:29:57
As they walk down into. 00:30:00
To get this is actually in Strawberry. 00:30:04
So they walked to get to the commerce. 00:30:07
Portion of strawberry because there's. 00:30:10
People that lodge along there. 00:30:12
Yes, so they can go up and. 00:30:14
Have launcher. 00:30:16
Type of thing. OK. 00:30:18
OK. Thanks for the clarification. So with that, I'll call for a motion. 00:30:20
No, Mr. Chair, I'll make the motion to approve IGA 260011576-1. 00:30:24
The Arizona Department of Transportation has to be. 00:30:32
Mr. Joseph can. 00:30:35
Motion in a second to approve. Those in favor say aye. 00:30:37
Aye, aye. 00:30:39
Thank you, Tom. 00:30:41
All right, next, our last item on this category is 2H. 00:30:42
Information, discussion, Action to review and approve amendment #1. 00:30:47
To contract number 07062025. 00:30:50
The Gila County zoning ordinance rewrite. 00:30:54
And that's with Logan Simpson extending the contract term from. 00:30:57
In 30th 2026 to August 27th. 00:31:01
2027. 00:31:04
With no change. 00:31:05
To the contract amount. 00:31:07
Good morning, Randy. 00:31:08
Morning, Sir. 00:31:09
So this is just exciting the contract. 00:31:11
We got a little bit of slow start. As you know some of you met with the. 00:31:14
Logan Simpson to do interviews. 00:31:18
We're in that process. We're in the. 00:31:21
Part right now where they're reviewing our. 00:31:23
Ordinance is seeing. 00:31:26
Actually, stop laughing at us. They started reviewing it to come up with changes. 00:31:29
So we're right at that part. So it's. 00:31:33
We're a little behind. 00:31:36
So that's why we went forward and extended the contract. 00:31:37
OK. Thank you. Super pleasure. 00:31:41
Yeah, I, I, I think. 00:31:43
You know they're going to need some time because I I met with them. 00:31:45
And and all the supervisors did, but we all have. 00:31:49
Different issues so. 00:31:52
I'd imagine that it's like herding cats for them while trying to figure out what's going on. So. 00:31:53
I think times necessary. 00:31:59
And then they're going to do. 00:32:01
Public input. 00:32:03
Yes, so after. 00:32:05
They review our see what the changes that they had from the interviews. 00:32:06
And then see which direction we want to go. 00:32:10
Then we'll reach out. 00:32:13
And they'll set up. 00:32:15
Outreach is probably at some of your meetings. 00:32:18
And other places so people can get to it. 00:32:20
Will always be advertising the newspaper also. 00:32:23
Thank you very much. 00:32:26
Advisor client. 00:32:27
I'm good. 00:32:29
I'm good as well. Thank you, Randy. With that, I'll call for a motion. 00:32:30
I move to approve amendment #1 to contract number 07062025 with. 00:32:35
Logan Simpson as presented. 00:32:40
I'll second that motion a second to approve. Those in favor say aye aye. 00:32:42
Thank you, Randy. Next item on the list is our consent agenda items. We have items a through. 00:32:47
I will point out that a change has been made. 00:32:55
Process Item D&E. 00:32:58
I requested that Charlotte look into the possibility. 00:33:01
Of including everything that our assessor has bring. 00:33:04
Bringing to us into a simpler. 00:33:08
A venue and apparently she found and discovered that it's OK that we do that on the consent agenda. 00:33:10
And that would be items 2 and E on this particular consent. 00:33:17
Agenda. 00:33:22
Which is the redemption of exemption waivers that we've been. 00:33:23
Reviewing UH. 00:33:26
So with that, I will ask Supervisor Humphrey if any of the items A through O. 00:33:27
You would like to discuss separately and vote on separate. 00:33:34
No, I would just like. 00:33:37
You know, I thank you for commenting that DNE our waivers. 00:33:39
So that the public knows that we are doing quite a few waivers. 00:33:43
Yes, we are. 00:33:48
And on a consent agenda. 00:33:49
It's not discussed. 00:33:51
So I just. 00:33:52
I think it's important information that everybody know that. 00:33:54
We're doing some more. 00:33:57
Qualifying waivers, yes. 00:33:59
Thank you, Supervisor Klein. 00:34:02
I'm good. I'll call for a motion to approve. 00:34:03
The consent agenda items AB. 00:34:06
Through O. 00:34:09
Don't move, Mr. Chair. 00:34:10
I'll second it. 00:34:13
Motion and a second to approve the consent agenda. All those in favor say aye. 00:34:14
Hi, hi, hi. 00:34:18
Thank you. Living right along. Doesn't look like we have anyone in Payson. 00:34:20
For the call to the public, how about you, Cassandra? Anybody there? 00:34:25
No. How many people listened in today? 00:34:30
37 And here in the globe, I'll call for. 00:34:34
Call to the public. Anyone wish to address the board at this time? 00:34:38
Cool. Let's move on now to our summary of. 00:34:43
Current events and I'll turn it over to Manager Menlo. 00:34:46
Mr. Chairman, if I could. 00:34:53
Matt has presented or given a. 00:34:56
Update on the. 00:34:59
Response and where we're at on projects. 00:35:01
And that if that's OK, if you could. 00:35:04
The permission of. 00:35:06
Chairman. 00:35:07
Glad to hear it. 00:35:09
Absolutely. Thank you, Mr. Mandel. 00:35:10
Hey is this a work session item? 00:35:12
No, it's a report. 00:35:17
That Mister Menlove would like to present through Matt. 00:35:19
OK, I just want to make it clear that I've asked many times. 00:35:23
For updates on projects. 00:35:28
And a work session so that we can communicate. 00:35:30
When a presentation is made to me, I'm talk. 00:35:33
2 So if you want to do that, Mr. Chairman, I think it's fine. 00:35:35
But I'm still gonna ask her. 00:35:39
OK, that's Mr. Lemon Festival. Yes, Sir. 00:35:41
If I could respond to see right arm but we are planning on the work session. 00:35:45
Those are typically once a month and so we're trying to give information. 00:35:50
Not only use a board. 00:35:57
But for the public as well. 00:35:58
Mr. Menlove, do you have a date that you have scheduled the work session for? 00:36:00
Work session is on the. 00:36:05
Let's see 27. 00:36:08
If I yes, I'm sorry to interrupt. 00:36:12
Not in deference to. 00:36:15
The request. 00:36:18
So Matt's presenting today because? 00:36:19
Here and then. 00:36:22
In deference to supervisors request, we have set up a work session item. 00:36:24
Each month. 00:36:29
During the scheduled work session. 00:36:30
From now until May. 00:36:33
Or I'm sorry, now until November. 00:36:36
Because uh. Uh. 00:36:38
The 220 days for NRCS takes us through October. 00:36:39
So we wanted to make sure we have that scheduled and. 00:36:42
I'm sorry, we didn't want to add more administrative burden. 00:36:46
To our teammates in public works, so. 00:36:49
We've got the agenda. 00:36:52
For you for work sessions. 00:36:54
But they are on the scheduled work session days. Did I misunderstand a supervisor? I'm sorry. 00:36:57
No, we'll just see where it goes. 00:37:02
OK. So we'll be presenting, I believe it's. 00:37:05
The last Tuesday in May. 00:37:08
And then went. 00:37:10
Each subsequent month during the scheduled work session time. 00:37:12
And we look forward to having the information about NRCS projects. 00:37:16
That which would be the emergency watershed protection. 00:37:22
The projects for. 00:37:25
And then also. 00:37:27
Any expenditures? 00:37:29
And additional questions that you may have will be ready to answer. 00:37:31
At that time so that it can be an interactive conversation. 00:37:35
Thank you. 00:37:39
Thank you, Mayor, for that so we we can anticipate. 00:37:40
The request for work session on this item. 00:37:44
Every month. 00:37:47
Going forward, the first one will be in May. 00:37:48
27th. 00:37:51
And that the report that Matt's going to give us is just. 00:37:52
In addition. 00:37:55
A supplemental information. 00:37:57
Until we get to that point. 00:38:00
Correct. And for the reason that. 00:38:01
Supervisor Humphrey pointed out. 00:38:03
When we're presenting, you don't have the opportunity to. 00:38:05
Have the back and forth. 00:38:09
Whereas at the work session we will. 00:38:10
Yeah, because we can only discuss what's on the agenda, and this is not. 00:38:12
OK. So Matt give us. 00:38:17
A brief report of where we are. 00:38:20
OK. Thank you, supervisors. 00:38:22
Appreciate the time that the national. 00:38:24
The emergency watershed. 00:38:27
Protection. 00:38:28
Projects are moving forward. As you know, they're under an accelerated schedule. 00:38:30
Without the official 220 day. 00:38:35
Performance period began on March 16th. 00:38:37
2026. 00:38:40
A month and a half ago so. 00:38:42
Moving forward with that. 00:38:43
However we do, we are making progress with that. 00:38:45
The projects that we're working on. 00:38:48
Actively right now, our Copper Hills project. 00:38:50
The Ice House Canyon project. The 606 Shooter Canyon project. 00:38:53
And then Russell project. 00:38:57
With the Copper Hills project, we have final drainage. 00:38:59
Drainage easements were being secured with. 00:39:02
With the mind, the BHP mind. 00:39:04
The 90% package has been. 00:39:07
Submitted to NRCS for their final review on this and all of the other projects. 00:39:09
We haven't gotten any comments back from NRCS yet on the. 00:39:14
90% plans. 00:39:18
However, we have been moving forward also. 00:39:20
With the. 00:39:23
Environmental and cultural clearances. 00:39:24
And the archaeological clearances, we have received those as well as we're. 00:39:26
We're clear to move forward with the. 00:39:30
With the. 00:39:33
Projects that we have in those areas. 00:39:33
Related to this also is is the flood management debris, the the flood household debris. 00:39:37
That was being removed from. 00:39:42
Russell Gulch Landfill. 00:39:44
And that should be done by the end of next week. 00:39:46
We've had a few. 00:39:49
Hiccups in that in removing the material we've had. 00:39:50
Spells of gasoline. 00:39:54
In onto the dirt, we were able to successfully remediate those spills. We've had two of them so far. One was about two gallons. 00:39:55
The one that we had just recently was was 1 gallon, but it was smaller than that and. 00:40:03
The original 1 The original one we submitted our. 00:40:08
Mitigation plan to. 00:40:12
The state agencies, they were in agreeance with that. 00:40:14
And so they've given us the approval to move forward with the same in the same way. 00:40:17
With this recent spill that we've had. 00:40:22
As far as the. 00:40:24
The safeware contracts. 00:40:25
As you know, that's also part of the. 00:40:27
Flood management and flood mitigation. 00:40:30
The flex mat. 00:40:32
The removal of the flex mat. 00:40:34
Has been completed. It's ahead of schedule. It's under budget. 00:40:36
It was completed yesterday. 00:40:39
Called off all of that material that was. 00:40:41
Removed with the with the September and October flood events. 00:40:45
The hospital drive. 00:40:49
That it's it's saying they're starting it today. 00:40:50
We should. We expect that to be completed within a week. So we are moving forward with these. 00:40:53
With these projects while under the 220 day timeframes. 00:40:58
Thank you, Matt. 00:41:02
And that report will look forward to the work session on. 00:41:03
It's May 26. 00:41:06
26 two weeks from today, yes. 00:41:08
And we'll have a much more. 00:41:10
Detailed presentation. 00:41:12
We have. 00:41:14
These are. 00:41:16
Fast moving projects. We'll have more updates with that as as the. 00:41:17
As we move along with that. 00:41:21
I'm sure we'll have plenty of questions at that time. 00:41:22
Will you include some of this in your 27th presentation where we can ask questions? 00:41:24
Absolutely. Thank you. 00:41:29
Yes, thank you. 00:41:31
That's May 26. 00:41:32
Two weeks from today. 00:41:34
Mr. Menlove, Anything else? 00:41:35
Also. 00:41:37
Have participated in three of ADOT are listening tours where they've gone to Connell Basin to Young. 00:41:40
Yesterday in Globe. 00:41:46
They are one. 00:41:48
More listening tour. 00:41:50
Discussion in Payson in early June. 00:41:54
I don't have the exact. 00:41:57
But the question was posed or. 00:41:59
About the Lion Springs Project. 00:42:01
And Mr. Goodman reports. 00:42:03
Reported yesterday that the Lion Springs was awarded to Ames. 00:42:05
Construction for 76.2 million. 00:42:09
For project cost is 109 million. 00:42:12
And that includes design and contract administration, by the way, and all those different things. 00:42:15
So 109 million projects and. 00:42:21
$1,000,000 Project in Northern. 00:42:23
Beulah County. 00:42:25
According to Adopt, the Four Mile project will widen the highway. 00:42:26
Orleans add 3 wildlife crossings and help eliminate major weekend traffic. 00:42:29
Linux work should begin in June 2026, so next month. 00:42:34
And that it will. 00:42:38
Approximately 2.5 years. 00:42:39
So end of 2028. 00:42:42
When that is expected to be completed. 00:42:44
I think that's my report, Mr. Chairman. 00:42:48
A long time coming for that. Thank you, Mr. Menlo. 00:42:50
Roger Humphrey I'd like to read a letter I received and I don't know why it came to me, but it did. 00:42:53
And it is from. 00:43:00
County Historical Museum. 00:43:02
From Bob Bondo. 00:43:04
And it says, dear Tim I recently. 00:43:06
And I received an e-mail this week. 00:43:10
From James Doughty. 00:43:13
3rd A grandson of Jim Dowdy. 00:43:15
Who was supervisor? 00:43:18
District. 00:43:20
3 for many years inquiring about the time capsule. 00:43:21
That his. 00:43:25
Father told him was. 00:43:26
Placed in the courthouse. I'm not going any further where that is. 00:43:29
And, and you know, and it's a decision on July 4th. 00:43:34
And it was. 00:43:39
Done and. 00:43:39
That contained. 00:43:41
Among other things, a baby picture of James the Third. 00:43:43
He was wondering if there were any plans. 00:43:47
To open the time capsule this year. 00:43:51
Since July 4th. 00:43:55
2026 will be the 50th. 00:43:57
Anniversary of the courthouse. 00:44:00
Which, that wouldn't be bad to do a little celebration anyway. Via this courthouse is 50. 00:44:03
Years old. 00:44:07
And and see what is in this time capsule. 00:44:09
I told him that I had heard, I hadn't heard anything about. 00:44:13
Opening the time capsule. 00:44:16
And didn't know if any. 00:44:18
Current county officials. 00:44:22
Were even aware. 00:44:24
That the time capsule existed. 00:44:25
I did some research and found. 00:44:27
Attached clippings. 00:44:31
From the July 8th, 1976 silver belt. 00:44:33
And so anyway. 00:44:37
I think it would be a good idea to do maybe a little celebration and open the time capsule. 00:44:39
And if that's not something that. 00:44:43
The county management or other supervisors aren't interested in. 00:44:46
Let me know and I will be happy to get back with Mr. Bugando and. 00:44:51
Figure out something, because I think it's important. 00:44:55
That this is 50 years old. 00:44:58
And and holding. 00:45:01
And and I think that something with the time capsule would be. 00:45:03
Good for the community as well. 00:45:08
And so. 00:45:10
That was from Mr. 00:45:11
Uganda and and July 4th is. 00:45:13
Coming up. 00:45:16
So let me know where we go with that. 00:45:17
And as far as anything else is. 00:45:22
I was on Kmart on May. 00:45:26
Held a Tunnel Basin community meeting on the 5th. 00:45:28
Will hold a Roosevelt community meeting on the 11th. 00:45:33
And that's about all that I have. 00:45:37
Chairman, Yeah. Thank you, Supervisor. Supervisor Klein. 00:45:41
Well, I had a couple things. 00:45:45
I had a meeting with Resolution Copper. 00:45:47
The CEO and and Brian? 00:45:49
And if you guys remember here, a while back I brought up the fact that they had purchased a lot of property. 00:45:52
That the springs and so the. 00:45:58
The bottom line with that is they will continue to be managed as individual properties. 00:46:01
Paying property taxes to the county. 00:46:07
They're not going to be rolled into the overall. 00:46:09
Mining works. 00:46:12
Which is. 00:46:13
Good news. 00:46:14
For all of us because there there was a lot of. 00:46:15
Property there. 00:46:17
Also, they have graciously. 00:46:19
Accepted and happy to do so. They're going to. 00:46:22
Sponsored a field trip with the Arizona legislatures in November. 00:46:25
First part of November and there will be a mine tour and all that. 00:46:29
So you're really excited about that? 00:46:33
That was good. We had a. 00:46:35
Picnic over the weekend On Saturday, the nonprofit put together along with. 00:46:38
The local veterans. 00:46:44
Group up there. 00:46:46
Very successful, a lot of people is there. 00:46:47
I think there. 00:46:50
But he had a good time, I know. 00:46:51
Joseph was there and. 00:46:53
Steve, you were there and so and. 00:46:55
And lots of folks. 00:46:58
Other than that. 00:46:59
All I got. 00:47:01
Thank you, Supervisor. Yes, I was at the picnic. It was good. 00:47:02
A lot of people. 00:47:08
And so glad to see that. 00:47:09
It's a beautiful facility, it absolutely is. 00:47:12
What's interesting Supervisor Humphrey is I graduated 50 years ago. 00:47:17
So that's when they buried the time cap. 00:47:22
I'm a time capsule. 00:47:24
Well, we we won't open you up. 00:47:29
1976 So think of that. It was a time capsule in the bicentennial year. 00:47:33
And now we have. 00:47:38
I'm sure they have a big name for the 250. It's probably. 00:47:40
The bimedial, the sequentia of something rather. 00:47:43
And so anyway, yeah, I would agree that we should have a ceremony and open that thing up, see what's in there. 00:47:48
Probably a pet rock. 00:47:56
All right. 00:47:58
I am happy to report that our Public Works department. 00:48:01
According to schedule, has been working on the Gibson Ranch Rd. in your district. 00:48:05
A lot of work out there. It's coming along. 00:48:10
Cemetery Rd. is another Rd. that was. 00:48:13
Just absolutely destroyed. Gone. 00:48:16
That is now completely finished up in pine. 00:48:19
And there's a couple other roads up there I didn't inspect, but they're they're doing well. 00:48:23
The trails end. There's a trails end. 00:48:28
Trail up in portal three that we wanted to add some parking. 00:48:31
Paths and so we've done that. That's a good thing. 00:48:35
And so we're moving right along. And the other day I was over at the Hila Community College. 00:48:38
They had a ground breaking for the Richard F. 00:48:43
Terrace Observatory. 00:48:47
And so. 00:48:49
This is like a half $1,000,000 project. 00:48:51
To in case. 00:48:54
Their telescope, which they've already purchased. 00:48:56
They did receive money from. 00:48:59
Grants and things in order. 00:49:02
To do that. 00:49:04
And so they anticipate that being done somewhere. 00:49:05
October range. 00:49:08
And So what that does is it actually opens up additional educational opportunities. 00:49:10
For people to come and. 00:49:15
Learn about. 00:49:18
The stars, whatever. 00:49:20
And they also have the ability that when they're looking for things. 00:49:23
It somehow. 00:49:28
You can connect to that with your computer and watch with them. 00:49:29
What they're looking at. 00:49:33
So it's kind of cool that way. 00:49:34
And it's probably been a month. I think I've mentioned this. 00:49:36
Or image I attended a meeting that the town of Payson. 00:49:40
Put on. 00:49:44
Biochar. 00:49:45
And borrow char is an interesting. 00:49:46
Way of. 00:49:49
Getting rid of some of our. 00:49:51
Timber and waste instead of. 00:49:55
Turning it into lumber. 00:49:58
Or waste. 00:50:00
It can be used to create another product called. 00:50:01
Biochar this was something that the town. 00:50:04
Put on and so I just want to let everybody know. 00:50:06
I did attend. 00:50:10
And there's. 00:50:11
There seems to be some discussion among. 00:50:13
People that I'm hearing that the county is agreed to participate in that if you hear that. 00:50:16
It's it's not accurate information. 00:50:22
I just want to let you know I just. 00:50:25
Attended and I said I was interested in hearing more. 00:50:27
About it. And so that's kind of where we're at. 00:50:31
And so if possible. 00:50:34
That someone may want to come and present to the county. 00:50:36
The possibility of. 00:50:39
Of facilitating. 00:50:42
In some way. 00:50:44
A biochar facility in the Payson area. 00:50:46
So that. 00:50:49
I just wanted to make sure that's really clear. 00:50:50
Anyway, that's all I have. 00:50:53
So unless we have something else. 00:50:55
Oh, that's a Jew. 00:50:58
Let's not. 00:51:01
Let's go to, please. 00:51:03
Keep forgetting this one, don't I? 00:51:05
Last item request for future agenda item. 00:51:08
Thank you for reminding me again. 00:51:11
Supervisor Humphrey. 00:51:13
Why don't you guys go first maybe? 00:51:14
Give me thinking about something that needs to be. 00:51:16
OK, on future agenda item. 00:51:21
Supervisor Klein. 00:51:23
I we put some much out there. I'm good for a while. 00:51:25
Yes, we have pushed several items out. Thank you for that. I don't have anything additionally today, but I will say that I have. 00:51:29
Tasked Melissa. 00:51:37
To create a spreadsheet of all of the requests. 00:51:39
And the date of the request. 00:51:44
And the. 00:51:46
Where the request comes from? 00:51:48
OK, so we've got this very nice colorful. 00:51:50
Spreadsheet charts. She loves to do those things. I knew she would love to do it. 00:51:53
And so we can share that with the other super. 00:51:57
Advisors if you'd like. 00:51:59
And then she's also got. 00:52:01
A category of wind. 00:52:04
Those items actually. 00:52:05
Or have gone through a work session. 00:52:07
So we can kind of keep track of what we're looking forward to. 00:52:10
And what has already been? 00:52:14
Discussed SO. 00:52:16
If the other supervisors would like that, Melissa has that available, would love to share that. 00:52:18
Color coordinated. 00:52:24
A It's a beautiful thing. 00:52:26
So Are you ready, Mr. Humphrey? Yeah, I'd, I'd like a copy of that. 00:52:29
OK, and I am ready. 00:52:33
I would like a work session. 00:52:36
On the land. 00:52:38
Feel Russell Golf. 00:52:39
Or past. 00:52:44
For present. 00:52:46
And for future. 00:52:48
Information. 00:52:53
Also to hear a while back. 00:52:55
We did a fee schedule for the PVBR so things could move. 00:52:59
Forward and I and we don't have haven't heard what. 00:53:04
Forward was or where that went. 00:53:10
But you know, Supervisor Klein, you know you had your. 00:53:12
Your deal, I think that's fine. 00:53:16
But let's update and if the. 00:53:18
You know the the nonprofit has a board. 00:53:21
We've never met them. 00:53:26
So, you know, let's get in touch with. 00:53:28
With PBR. 00:53:32
And I believe for right now, that will. 00:53:34
That will do me. 00:53:38
OK, we're going to put you on the list for that. 00:53:39
It's very unlikely that I would. 00:53:44
As chairman, decide. 00:53:46
That I would not. 00:53:48
Prefer any of the suggestions to never make it to work session. I don't think that's appropriate, so I don't have any concerns 00:53:50
over talking about any of these things. 00:53:55
In a future work session. 00:54:00
That's how we are informed about things and it's very important so. 00:54:03
If that's all we have for. 00:54:07
Future agenda items then. 00:54:09
Now I'm going to. 00:54:11
Adjourn the meeting. Thank you. 00:54:13
