A. Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Ordinance No. 2024-07, which authorizes an amendment to the Gila County Zoning Map for Unincorporated Areas of Gila County, Arizona by changing the zoning for Assessor's parcel number 301-11-047B located at 8327 W. Fossil Creek Road, Strawberry, Arizona, to Commercial Two District (C2). (Randy Pluimer)
3. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS:
A. Information/Discussion/Action to set primary and secondary property tax rates for FY 2024-2025 for all taxing jurisdictions within Gila County and convey tax rates for all jurisdictions to the County Treasurer; and adopt Resolution No. 24-08-03 providing for the collection of taxes for all jurisdictions by the County Treasurer for FY 2024-2025. B. Information/Discussion/Action to ratify the Board of Supervisors' approval for the submittal of the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission (ACJC) FY 2025 Crime Victim Compensation Program Grant Application; approve ACJC FY 2025 Crime Victim Compensation Program Grant Agreement No. VC-2025-004 in the amount of $43,934.23 for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024; and authorize the Board Chairman to electronically sign the Agreement. C. Information/Discussion/Action to approve the use of Arizona State Contract No. CTR056376 with APIC Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $884,671.79 through May 31, 2025, for video surveillance services for the County's Central Heights Facility, Globe Courthouse, Copper Building, Guerrero Building, Payson Courthouse, Tommie Cline Martin County Complex, and the Star Valley Elections Storage Building. D. Information/Discussion/Action to approve the use of Arizona State Contract No. CTR059886 with Frontier Technology, LLC dba MicroAge in the amount of $108,840 for the term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, to provide managed network services to Gila County. (Carrie Bartling)
E. Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 24-08-04 authorizing the Gila County Facilities and Land Management Department to waive fees for activities conducted or supervised by the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension Program at the Gila County Fairgrounds that are demonstrated to provide an educational, vocational or other economic benefit to the people of Gila County. F. Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the Gila County Animal Care & Control Division to submit a FY 2025 Grant Application to the Arizona Companion Animal Spay and Neuter Committee in the amount of $10,000 for one year to expand Gila County's discounted spay/neuter services program. G. Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the Gila County Animal Care & Control Division to submit a FY 2025 Grant Application to the Arizona Companion Animal Spay and Neuter Committee in the amount of $10,000 for one year to expand the spay/neuter program for dogs and cats which are sheltered at the Gila County Animal Care & Control facility. H. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 4 to an Intergovernmental Agreement (Contract No. CTR055209) with the Arizona Department of Health Services in the amount of $204,367 to enhance current public health emergency preparedness activities and $622,201 to provide workforce development deliverables from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. I. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 9 to Contract No. 019-0444 between the Pinal-Gila Council for Senior Citizens Area Agency on Aging, Region V, and Gila County Public Health and Community Services Department to receive funding in the amount of $10,226 to continue providing eligible citizens with home repair, renovations, and housing supportive services from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. J. Information/Discussion/Action to review the bids submitted for Invitation for Bids No. 060424 – Control Road Roadway Improvements; and award a contract to the lowest, most responsive, responsible, and qualified bidder. (Homero Vela)
K. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 060322 - On-Call Pavement Marking with Traffic Safety, Inc. to extend the contract term from September 20, 2024, to September 19, 2025, for a not to exceed contract amount of $150,000. (Homero Vela)
L. Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the advertisement of Invitation for Bids No. 071924 - Campaign Creek Post Fire Project for the demolition of up to 10 residential homes and associated outbuildings, which will mitigate flood hazards associated with Campaign Creek. (Alex Kendrick)
M. Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the advertisement of Request for Proposals No. 072124 - Campaign Creek Post Fire Project for asbestos inspection and removal services for up to 10 residential homes and associated outbuildings. (Alex Kendrick)
N. Information/Discussion/Action to ratify the Board of Supervisors' approval for the submission of a Grant Application to Arizona Public Service (APS) Corporate Giving in the amount of $5,000 on behalf of Pleasant Valley Veterans Retreat, Inc.; accept the award of $5,000 from APS Corporate Giving on behalf of Pleasant Valley Veterans Retreat, Inc.; and approve Economic Development Agreement No. 07232024 in the amount of $5,000 between Gila County and Pleasant Valley Veterans Retreat, Inc., all of which the Board has determined to be for the benefit of the public. O. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Economic Development Agreement No. 07202024 between Gila County and Miami Genesis in the amount of $4,500 for the production of the Miami Fiesta 2024, which the Board has determined to be for the benefit of the public. (Tim Humphrey)

A. Approval of Professional Services Contract No. 070224 with Anne M. Williams, Law Office of Anne M. Williams P.C., in an amount not to exceed $20,000 for the provision of indigent legal services for indigent clients in Gila County for the period from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
B. Approval of the Economic Development Funding Report for the reporting period of April 1, 2024, through June 30, 2024.
C. Approval of the monthly activity reports submitted by the Human Resources Department for July 2024.
D. Approval of the Board of Supervisors' August 9, 2024 meeting minutes.
E. Acknowledgment of the report for the County Manager approved contracts under $50,000 for the month of June 2024.
F. Acknowledgment of the 2023-2024 Immunization Report and Immunization Action Plan submitted by the Gila County Public Health & Community Services Department per Arizona Administrative Code R9-10-1004 for licensing rules and regulations.
G. Acknowledgment of the June 2024 monthly activity report submitted by the Globe Regional Justice of the Peace's Office.
