C. Approval of Professional Services Contract No. 081624 with Paul A. Ramos, Attorney, for an amount not to exceed $78,000 for the provision of indigent legal services for indigent clients in Gila County for the period from September 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

 

D. Approval to appoint Patrece Mills as a Republican Party Precinct Committeeman for the Tonto Basin Precinct.

 

E. Approval of FY 2025 Victims' Rights Program Award Agreement No. AG No. 2025-004 between the Gila County Attorney's Office and the Arizona Attorney General's Office in the amount of $21,700 to cover the existing salary and employee-related expenses for a full-time advocate for the period July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

 

F. Approval of the monthly activity reports submitted by the Human Resources Department for August 2024.
