A. Adoption of an Order designating polling places and the appointment of poll workers and election board workers for the purpose of conducting the November 5, 2024, General Election.

 

B. Approval of the appointment of Ms. Tracy Darmody as Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore for the Payson Justice Court with the term expiring on December 31, 2024.

 

C. Approval of the Arizona State Purchasing Cooperative Agreement between the State of Arizona Procurement Office and Gila County, which shall take effect with execution by both parties on the date signed by the State Procurement Administrator and shall remain in effect for a total period of five state fiscal years.

 

D. Approval of Service Agreement No. 070424 with Iron Mountain Information Management, LLC to provide pack, prep and transportation services for the Assessor's Office files in an amount not to exceed $13,835.20.

 

E. Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 082223 with Iron Mountain Information Management LLC for the pack and prep services of the Community Development Department's files to extend the term of the contract through January 2, 2025, due to needed time to complete the project.

 

F. Authorization of the Chairman's signature on University of Arizona Cooperative Extension appropriation of County funds form for FY 2024-2025 in the amount of $70,000.

 

G. Acknowledgment of the August 2024 monthly activity report submitted by the Clerk of the Superior Court's Office.

 

H. Acknowledgment of August 2024 monthly activity report submitted by Globe Regional Constable's Office.

 

I. Acknowledgment of the August 2024 monthly activity report submitted by the Payson Regional Constable's Office.
