OR BY INTERACTIVE TELEVISION VIDEO (ITV). THE MEETING IS ALSO TELEVISED

Information/Discussion/Action to approve Funding Agreement No. 216-25 between the Arizona Department of Housing and the Gila County Community Services Division, Housing Services, to provide Southwest Gas Corporation and Arizona Public Service Weatherization Assistance Program funding in the amount of $266,490 for the period of January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. A. Approval of Amendment No. 2 to State of Arizona Procurement Office Contract No. CTR0161840 with The SJ Anderson Company to extend the contract through June 30, 2025

B. Approval to appoint the Precinct Committeemen put forward by Gila County Republican Party Chair Pam Derks.
C. Approval of finance reports/demands/transfers for the reporting period of December 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
D. Approval of the monthly activity reports submitted by the Human Resources Department for December 2024.
E. Approval of the Board of Supervisors' November 26, 2024, and January 7, 2025, meeting minutes.
F. Acknowledgment of the November 2024 monthly activity report submitted by the Recorder's Office.
G. Acknowledgment of the report for the County Manager approved contracts uder $50,000 for the month of December 2024.
4. CALLTO THE PUBLIC: A call to the public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute § 38-431.01(I), at the conclusion of an open call to the public, individual members of the Board of Supervisors may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Board, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda for further discussion and decision at a future date.
