THE MEETING IS ALSO TELEVISED TO THE GILA COUNTY TOMMIE CLINE MARTIN COMPLEX, BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' CONFERENCE ROOM, 707 S. COLCORD ROAD, PAYSON, ARIZONA. A. Presentation of Gila County General Fund financial data as it compares to the fiscal year 2025 Gila County Budget and fiscal years 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, & 2020 year-to-date performance. (Maryn Belling)

A. Information/Discussion/Action to elect a Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Supervisors for a term of 16 months, which will become effective immediately after the February 4, 2025, Board of Supervisors' Regular Meeting. (James Menlove)
B. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 1 to Subrecipient Agreement No. 21-AZDOHS-HSGP-210307-01 Between the Arizona Department of Homeland Security and Gila County Emergency Management, extending the performance period to July 31, 2025. (Carl Melford)
C. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 1 to Subrecipient Agreement No. 23-AZDOHS-HSGP-230305-01 between the Arizona Department of Homeland Security and Gila County Emergency Management, extending the performance period to July 31, 2025. (Carl Melford)
D. Information/Discussion/Action to approve the FFY 2024-2025 Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness Grant Program funding Agreement No. EV25-0028 with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality in the amount of $10,000, which will be utilized to host an annual Local Emergency Preparedness Committee Conference. E. Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 25-02-01 for the extinguishment of a portion of the Outlaw Lane easement as shown on Exhibit “A” that is included in the resolution. (Homero Vela)
A. Approval of the applications for an Extension of Premises/Patio Permit submitted by Camila Alarcon to temporarily extend the premises where liquor is permitted to be served at the Old County Inn in Pine beginning on March 14, 2025, through September 7, 2025.

5. CALL TO THE PUBLIC: A call to the public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute § 38-431.01(I), at the conclusion of an open call to the public, individual members of the Board of Supervisors may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Board, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda for further discussion and decision at a future date.
