B. Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 25-02-02, which approves Gila County Community Development Case No. CUPG2412-001, a request by State 48 Development Consulting (Applicant)/Robert Graves (Owner) for a Conditional Use Permit upon Gila County Assessor's tax parcel number 101-13-032F located at 3807 S. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 12 to an Intergovernmental Agreement (Contract No. DI20-002263) between the Arizona Department of Economic Security and Gila County Community Services Division to add the itemized service budget in the amount of $390,419.33 for the period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, of which the funds will be used as rent and utility assistance. B. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Contract No. 072622 with Stephen B. Smith, P.E., with a not-to-exceed amount of $183,140 and extend the term of the contract through December 31, 2025. (Homero Vela)
C. Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 25-02-04, which authorizes the execution of Intergovernmental Agreement No. 24-0009674-I between Gila County and the State of Arizona, acting by and through the Arizona Department of Transportation for the Rail-Highway Safety Improvements project at Marion Street and Railroad Avenue in Claypool in the immediate area of the Arizona Eastern Railway crossing, Department of Transportation number 742-375R, located in the southeast region of Arizona in Gila County. D. Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 25-02-03, which authorizes the execution of Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) No. 24-0009686-I between Gila County and the State of Arizona, acting by and through the Arizona Department of Transportation for the Rail-Highway Safety Improvements project at Grover Canyon Road in Claypool in the immediate area of the Arizona Eastern Railway crossing, Department of Transportation number 742-372R, located in the southeast region of Arizona in Gila County. F. Information/Discussion/Action to approve the October 18, 2024 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Mexican Wolf Recovery and Management; and authorize the Chairman to sign the MOU and the concurrence letter to be attached to the MOU, which affirms the designation of the Eastern Arizona Counties Organization Executive Director to represent Gila County when Gila County Supervisors are not directly involved. G. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Economic Development Agreement No. 12032024 with the Globe-Miami Regional Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $10,250, which the Board has determined to be for the benefit of the public. (Maryn Belling)

Information/Discussion/Action to approve Economic Development Agreement No. 01162025 between Gila County and Rim Country Quilt Roundup, Inc. in the amount of $2,500 to support the 17th Rim Country Quilt Roundup Quilt Show on November 7-8, 2025, which the Board has determined to be for the benefit of the public. J. Information/Discussion/Action to appoint Ms. Stella Gore and Mr. Mark Marcanti to the Gila County Board of Health for the term beginning on February 18, 2025, through December 31, 2028. (Samantha Trimble)
5. CONSENT AGENDA ACTION ITEMS: (Any matter on the Consent Agenda will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed and voted upon as a regular agenda item upon the request of any member of the Board of Supervisors.)
A. Approval of a Special Event Liquor License Application submitted by the Globe Miami Regional Chamber of Commerce, Inc. for a special event to be held on March 15, 2025, at the Cobre Valley Recreation Center in Miami.
B. Approval of Intergovernmental Agreement No. 07052024 between Gila County on behalf of the Sheriff's Office and the Gila County Community College District, which authorizes the community college to utilize the Gila County Sheriff's Office training equipment for use in its Law Enforcement Training Program.
C. Approval of Professional Services Contract No. 011125 with Tom Dean for an amount not to exceed $39,000 for the provision of indigent legal services for indigent clients in Gila County for the period from January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025.
D. Approval of Professional Services Contract No. 011025 with Edwin Molina for an amount not to exceed $39,000 for the provision of indigent legal services for indigent clients in Gila County for the period of January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025.
E. Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract Agreement No. CTR058878 with Woodson Engineering and Surveying, Inc., which extends the contract through September 30, 2025, regarding engineering services for the Control Road Surfacing Project.
F. Approval of finance reports/demands/transfers for the reporting period of January 1, 2025, through January 31, 2025.
G. Approval of the economic development funding report for the reporting period of October 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
H. Approval of the monthly activity reports submitted by the Human Resources Department for January 2025.
I. Approval of the Board of Supervisors' November 5, 2024, November 19, 2024, January 28, 2025, and February 4, 2025, meeting minutes.
J. Acknowledgment of the December 2024 monthly activity report submitted by the Globe Regional Justice of the Peace's Office.
K. Acknowledgment of the December 2024 monthly activity report submitted by the Payson Regional Constable's Office.
