4.  CONSENT AGENDA ACTION ITEMS: (Any matter on the Consent Agenda will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed and voted upon as a regular agenda item upon the request of any member of the Board of Supervisors.)

 

A.  Approval of revised Public Works Department Policy No. PWS-002 - Record of Survey, Minor Land Division, and Lot Line Adjustment Maps to make changes and additions to the verbiage; and to update the procedures.

 

B.  Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) Contract No. 23-175-28 between the ADCRR and Gila County regarding the use of the Correctional Officer Training Academy to extend the term of the agreement from June 12, 2025, through June 11, 2026.

 

C.  Approval to appoint the following Democratic Party Precinct Committeeman: Richard A. Likins - Star Valley Precinct.

 

D.  Approval of finance reports/demands/transfers for the reporting period of     February, 1, 2025, through February 28, 2025.  

 

E. Acknowledgment of the report for the County Manager approved contracts under $50,000 for the month of February 2025.
