A.  Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Impound Agreement No. 06112024 with the Humane Society of Central Arizona, Inc. extending the term of the Agreement for one additional one-year term from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.

 

B.  Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract No. 062724 with Diana G. Montgomery, PLLC increasing the amount of the contract by $10,000 to an amount not to exceed $61,200 for the contract term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.

 

C.   Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. CTR056376, based on Arizona State Procurement Cooperative Contract No. CTR056376, with APIC Solutions, Inc. extending the term of the Contract through September 30, 2025.

 

D.  Approval of an Inspection Services Agreement to Enforce Installation Standards between Gila County and the Arizona Department of Housing, Office of Manufactured Housing (OMH) for the purpose of enforcing installation standards of OMH for manufactured homes, mobile homes, and factory-built buildings for a period of three years from the date of execution by OMH.
