BOARD MEMBERS MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING BY TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL OR BY
INTERACTIVE TELEVISION VIDEO (ITV). THE MEETING IS ALSO TELEVISED TO THE
GILA COUNTY TOMMIE CLINE MARTIN COMPLEX, BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' CONFERENCE ROOM,
707 S. COLCORD ROAD, PAYSON, ARIZONA. THE MEETING ROOMS WILL BE OPEN TO THE

A. Information/Discussion on the activities of the County Supervisors Association (CSA) by Craig Sullivan, CSA Executive Director, including a discussion of recent legislative activities. (Craig Sullivan)
B. Information/Discussion with Andy Jacobs and Todd Baughman of Policy Development Group to review the timeline for the upcoming Arizona Legislative Session and to explore potential legislative submissions on behalf of Gila County to address key issues of concern. (James Menlove)
C. Information/Discussion regarding the management of Gila County-owned properties, and State of Arizona-owned properties which are in the care of the Board of Supervisors. (Michael O'Driscoll)
D. Information/Discussion with Ashley Dixon-Kleiber from the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension to recognize the current services they provide residents of Gila County and forthcoming changes due to Renee Cartsens' retirement. (Ashley Dixon-Kleiber)
3. CALL TO THE PUBLIC: A call to the public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute § 38-431.01(I), at the conclusion of an open call to the public, individual members of the Board of Supervisors may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Board, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda for further discussion and decision at a future date.
