Juvenile Dependency with Stephen R. Jones, Attorney at Law, PLLC for the

term of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with a maximum, not-to-

exceed compensation amount of $55,000. 

 

D.  Approval of Professional Services Contract No. 061525-Legal Services –

Felony Criminal, Juvenile Delinquency, & Mental Health with Robert W. Precht,

Attorney at Law, for the term of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with a

maximum, not-to-exceed compensation amount of $96,000.

 

E.  Approval of finance reports/demands/transfers for the reporting period of

September 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025.

 

F.  Approval to reappoint Gordon Gartner to the Public Safety Personnel

Retirement System (PSPRS) Local Board of Directors retroactive to January 1,

2025, through December 31, 2028; and acknowledge the election of Christopher McGroarty (effective October 8, 2025, to December 31, 2028) and Cole Labonte (effective October 8, 2025, through December 31, 2027).

 

G.  Approval of the following appointments to the Northern Gila County

Range Commission:  Appoint Melissa Tuemmler for the term beginning on

October 21, 2025, through December 31, 2026; and reappoint Daniel (Dan) 

Wile retroactively for the term of office that began on January 1, 2025, through

December 31, 2028.

 

H.  Approval to reappoint the following individuals to the Gila County
