A. Recognition of Gila County Globe employees who have been employed for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 45 years as of 2021. (Erica Raymond)
3. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS:
A. Information/Discussion/Action to ratify the Board of Supervisors' approval of Grant Agreement No. RFGA2020-001-04 with the Arizona Department of Health Services in the amount of $224,030.40; and approve Amendment No. 1 to said agreement to extend the performance period to September 30, 2022, which will allow the Gila County Health and Emergency Department to continue providing AZ Health Zone Program (SNAP-Ed) services. B. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 5 to an Intergovernmental Agreement (Contract No. DI20-002263) between the Arizona Department of Economic Security and the Gila County Community Services Department to increase the value of the Itemized Service Budget to $979,578.27 for the period of July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, for the continued provision of Community Action Program services. C. Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 22-05-03 selecting a map establishing Supervisory District boundaries within Gila County, and direct that the new plan boundaries, including any election precinct boundary changes, become effective January 2, 2023. (Mary Springer)
D. Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 22-05-04 adopting Gila County Provisional Community College District Map 5 which will become effective January 2, 2023. (Mary Springer)
E. Information/Discussion/Action to dissolve the Gila County Redistricting Advisory Committee and thank the Committee members for their service to Gila County. (Mary Springer)
F. Information/Discussion/Action to authorize a public auction on June 25, 2022, to sell surplus or obsolete County equipment after the notice of the auction has been published in the Arizona Silver Belt and the Payson Roundup newspapers thirty days prior to the auction date. (Mary Springer)
G. Information/Discussion/Action to approve the sale and disposal of surplus/obsolete equipment and hold a public sale on July 9, 2022, at the Russell Gulch landfill after the sale is properly noticed in the Arizona Silver Belt newspaper. (Mary Springer)
H. Information/Discussion/Action to reinstate an Intergovernmental Agreement between Apache, Gila, and Navajo Counties that went into effect on July 1, 2015, and which was terminated by the Board of Supervisors on March 18, 2022, to be effective on June 30, 2022, regarding the administration of the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act program administered through the Northeastern Arizona Local Workforce Development Area. I. Information/Discussion/Action to vote to hold an executive session under A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(1) regarding congressional and legislative correspondence and economic development grants. (James Menlove)
J. Information/Discussion/Action to elect a Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, which will become effective immediately after the May 3, 2022 Board of Supervisors' Regular Meeting. (James Menlove)

Approval to adopt Resolution No. 22-05-02 authorizing Gila County Probation Department's participation in the FY 2022-2023 Family Counseling Program through the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts, Juvenile Justice Services Division, and certifying that a matching fund requirement of $1,930 for the Program will be provided by the County.
B. Approval of the appointment of F. Javier Sobampo as Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore with the term expiring on December 31, 2022.
C. Approval of the Board of Supervisors' April 5, 2022, and April 19, 2022, meeting minutes.
D. Acknowledgment of the March 2022 monthly activity report submitted by the Clerk of the Superior Court's Office.
E. Acknowledgment of the March 2022 monthly activity report submitted by the Recorder's Office.
F. Acknowledgment of the March 2022 monthly activity report submitted by the Globe Regional Justice of the Peace's Office.
