Information/Discussion/Action to consider a liquor license application (County No. LL-23-12) submitted by Monica Godwin for the transfer of a Series 6 Bar License with an interim permit to operate at The Weekender, 120 Ralls Drive, located in Strawberry; and issue a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control whether the license should be granted. B. Information/Discussion/Action to consider a liquor license application (County No. LL-23-13) submitted by Felix Stepski for a new Series 4 Wholesaler License at Marlow Wines, 9634 W Fossil Creek Road, located in Strawberry; and issue a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control whether the license should be granted. Information/Discussion/Action to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Gila County Recorder's Office, the Gila County Division of Elections, and the Payson Unified School District to provide election services through December 31, 2026, with one-year automatic renewals thereafter. Information/Discussion/Action to approve the use of the State of Arizona Contract Agreement No. CTR059323 with San Tan Ford Partners LLC in the amount of $528,891.36 for the purchase of six (6) New 2024 Ford Expedition 4 door, 4X4, SSVs as outlined in the specifications to be utilized as patrol vehicles by the Gila County Sheriff's Office. C. Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the advertisement of Invitation for Bids No. 071023 - Gisela Road Roadway Improvement Project. (Homero Vela)
D. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 051122-Bulk Fuel and Lubricant with Senergy Petroleum, LLC to extend the term of the contract for one additional year from July 19, 2023, to July 18, 2024, for the purchase of bulk fuel and lubricants for a not to exceed the amount of $1,200,000. E. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Collection Agreement No. 070623 with the Arizona Game and Fish Department with a not to exceed amount of $284,674 to provide environmental monitoring during the remaining construction of the Tonto Creek Bridge. (Homero Vela)
F. Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 23-08-01 supporting a grant application to the Gila River Indian Community for the Christopher Kohl's Fire District and authorizing Gila County to act as the fiscal agent and accept a gaming grant award to Christopher Kohl's Fire District in the amount of $235,000 for the purchase of a new Type 6 Brush Truck. G. Information/Discussion/Action to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Apache Junction (City) and Gila County Community Services, Housing Department, to receive Community Development Block Grant allocations through Central Arizona Governments for FY 2024 (to Gila County) and FY 2025 (to the City). H. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 9 to an Intergovernmental Agreement (Contract No. DI20-002263) between the Arizona Department of Economic Security and the Gila County Community Services Department to include the total value of the Itemized Service Budget of $396,219 to be used as rent and utility assistance, for the period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. I. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Funding Agreement No. 203-24 between the Arizona Department of Housing and Gila County Community Services Department, Housing Services to use Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program and Department of Energy Weatherization Readiness Fund in the amount of $218,482 for the period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. J. Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the Gila County Community Services Department to submit a Grant Application to the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona in the amount of $250,000 for a Clean Water Project titled "Countywide Cesspool Elimination Project" for the period of 2 years. K. Information/Discussion/Action to approve the Economic Development Agreement No. 053123 in the amount of $5,000 between Gila County and Pine Strawberry Fuel Reduction, Inc, which the Board has determined to be for the benefit of the public. (Steve Christensen)
L. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Economic Development Grant Agreement No. 070223 between Gila County and Kaitie’s Closet, Inc. in the amount of $1,000 to assist in providing undergarments, socks, shoes, and clothing to marginalized youth of Gila County, which the Board has determined to be for the benefit of the public. M. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Economic Development Grant Agreement No. 070323 between Gila County and the Payson Pilots Association in the amount of $1,200 to provide venue support and contribute to aviation education in Gila County, which the Board has determined to be for the benefit of the public. A. Acknowledgment of the 2022-2023 Annual Immunization Reports submitted by the Gila County Health Division t per Arizona Administrative Code R9-10-1004 for licensing rules and regulations.
B. Approval of Amendment No. 1 to 031422 with Community Bridges, Inc. for Pre-Petition Screening & Court Ordered Evaluation Services to extend the contract term to June 30, 2024; and increase the dollar amount by $12,000, for a new contract amount of $70,000.
C. Approval of Amendment No. 3 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) No. 07012020 with the Town of Payson for consolidated administration and operation of Limited Jurisdiction Courts to renew the IGA for one year, from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.

W. Approval of a Special Event Liquor License Application submitted by Rim Country Friends of Tonto Natural Bridge State Park to serve liquor at the Lodge at Tonto Natural Bridge State Park located 10 miles North of Payson, Az, for a special event to be held on September 16, 2023.
X. Acknowledgment of the June 2023 Monthly Activity Report submitted by the Globe Regional Justice Court.
Y. Approval of the monthly activity reports submitted by the Human Resources Department for July 2023.
Z. Acknowledgment of the report for the County Manager approved contracts under $50,000 for the month of June.
6. CALL TO THE PUBLIC: A call to the public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute § 38-431.01(H), at the conclusion of an open call to the public, individual members of the Board of Supervisors may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Board, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda for further discussion and decision at a future date.
