B. Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 23-12-03 authorizing the Gila County Recorder, as the Board of Supervisors' designee, to designate two emergency voting centers for the 2024 Presidential Preference Election specified in the Resolution. (Sadie Bingham)

Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 1 to an Intergovernmental Agreement (Contract No. CTR059342) with the Arizona Department of Health Services in the amount of $37,500 for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2027, to address important public health issues and communities affected by drug addiction and incarceration by working with the Gila County Probation Office and Courts. D. Information/Discussion/Action to accept an FFY 2024 Governor's Office of Highway Safety grant award (Contract No. 2024-PTS-023) in the amount of $10,000 for the period of October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024, that will be used to support Sheriff's Office personnel services (overtime) and employee-related expenses for Selective Traffic Enforcement Program speed enforcement activities. E. Information/Discussion/Action to adopt Resolution No. 23-12-01 and Resolution No. 23-12-02 appointing Maryn Blythe Belling, Finance Director, as the Chief Fiscal Officer for Gila County as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §41-1279.07(E) to submit the FY 2023 and FY 2024 Expenditure Limitation Reports to the Arizona Auditor General. F. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Contract Agreement No. ADSPO17-149774 with CDW-G in the amount of $49,939.09 for the purchase of Varonis security software, to be billed annually for 3 1-year terms. (Carrie Bartling)
G. Information/Discussion/Action to approve the Arizona Department of Health Services Delegation Agreement No. AGR2023-024, which will allow the Gila County Health Department to conduct local inspection and enforcement activities that are designed to reduce the risk of disease transmission to residents and visitors of Gila County. H. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 7 to Contract No. 019-0444 between the Pinal-Gila Council for Senior Citizens Area Agency on Aging, Region V, and Gila County Community Services Department extending the contract effective July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, and adding $156,000 to be used for home repair, renovations, and housing services for a total contract amount of $257,778. I. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 1 to Service Agreement No. 062922 with Advantage Home Performance, Inc. to extend the term of the contract for one additional year to September 5, 2024, with a not to exceed the amount of $546,679. (Kayle Lathrop)
J. Information/Discussion/Action to approve the Administrative Modification No. 001 of Cooperative Forest Road Agreement No. 20-RO-11031200-003 between Gila County and the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Tonto National Forest to update the point of contact for the respective parties and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the agreement. K. Information/Discussion/Action to approve State of Arizona Contract No. CTR066876 with JE Fuller/Hydrology & Geomorphology, Inc. on a time and material basis in an amount not to exceed $93,000 for maintenance of the flood ALERT system in Gila County for the period of December 5, 2023, through July 31, 2024. L. Information/Discussion/Action to authorize the advertisement of Request for Proposals No. 110623 - On-Call Heavy Truck and Equipment Service with a not to exceed amount of $150,000 per year per contract for on-call service. (Homero Vela)
M. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Intergovernmental Agreement No. 100723 between Gila County and Tonto Basin School District #33 which authorizes the purchase of fuel from Gila County and allows parking of the school buses at the County Road Yard in Punkin Center. (Homero Vela)
N. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract No. 072622 with Stephen B. Smith, PE to increase the contract by $20,000 for a total contract amount of $259,200, and extend the contract end date to December 31, 2023, for solid waste management services. (Melanie Mendez)
O. Information/Discussion/Action to approve Economic Development Agreement No. 112123 between Gila County and Miami Genesis Economic Development Board in the amount of $2000 to support the Small Town Christmas event to be held on December 16, 2023, which the Board has determined to be for the benefit of the public. 5. CONSENT AGENDA ACTION ITEMS: (Any matter on the Consent Agenda will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed and voted upon as a regular agenda item upon the request of any member of the Board of Supervisors.)
A. Approval to reappoint Lori Andrade to the Gila County Personnel Commission for the 4-year term of office that begins on January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2027.
B. Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract No. 061023 with Dan Benjamin of Copper Wren Law, PLLC to increase the contract by $12,000 for an amended contract amount not to exceed $136,600 for the remainder of the contract term July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.
C. Acknowledgment of the October 2023 monthly activity report submitted by the Clerk of the Superior Court's Office.
D. Acknowledgment of the October 2023 monthly activity report submitted by Globe Regional Constable's Office.
E. Acknowledgment of the October 2023 monthly activity report submitted by the Payson Regional Constable's Office.
F. Acknowledgment of the October 2023 monthly activity report submitted by the Globe Regional Justice of the Peace's Office.
G. Approval to appoint the following members to the Northern Gila County Range Commission: Sue Little for the term of office that begins on January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026; and Mark Hines to fill the vacancy created by Charles Thompson's resignation for the term of office ending on December 31, 2024.
H. Approval to reappoint the following members to the Gila County Cooperative Extension Advisory Board: Cassie Waggoner and Sammi Jenkins for the term of office beginning on January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025.
I. Approval of the Board of Supervisors' November 14, 2023, and November 28 2023, Meeting Minutes.
