ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING BY TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL OR BY INTERACTIVE TELEVISION VIDEO (ITV).  THE MEETING IS ALSO TELEVISED TO THE GILA COUNTY TOMMIE CLINE MARTIN COMPLEX, BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' CONFERENCE ROOM, 707 S. A. Approval of the appointment of Mr. Joe Albo; Ms. Daisy Flores; and Ms. Diana Kanon as Judges Pro Tempore for the period from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025; and, in the case of Ms. Diana Kanon, for the interim period of February 5, 2024, to June 30, 2024.

 

B. Approval to appoint Don Engler, Sr. to the Gila County Personnel Commission effective January 16, 2024, through December 31, 2027.

 

C.  Reappointment and appointment of the following individuals to the Gila County Board of Health:  Reappointment of Dr. Michael Bryan retroactive for the term of office that began on January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2027; and appointment of Janice Chesser effective January 16, 2024, through December 31, 2027.

 

D. Approval of the Board of Supervisors' January 17, 2023, November 20, 2023, December 20, 2023, and January 2, 2024, meeting minutes.

 

E. Approval of finance reports/demands/transfers for the reporting period of December 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.

 

F. Acknowledgment of the November 2023 monthly activity report submitted by the Globe Regional Justice of the Peace's Office.

5. CALL TO THE PUBLIC:   A call to the public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address the Board of Supervisors on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute § 38-431.01(H), at the conclusion of an open call to the public, individual members of the Board of Supervisors may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Board, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda for further discussion and decision at a future date.
